• How close are you to the beach?
  Casa Encantada is situated half a mile (800m) away from the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa.

• What activities are available nearby?
  Santa Teresa offers a plethora of activities for every taste, including surfing, yoga, horseback riding, exploring nature trails, and much more.

• Are there restaurants and shops within walking distance?
  Yes, there are several excellent restaurants and shops located within walking distance of the villa but walking is not recommended. The 800 meters are through a river up a hill so a vehicle (motorbike, quad, car) is recommended.

• Do all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms?
  No, 5 out of the 7 bedrooms at Casa Encantada come with private bathrooms with showers. The 2 other rooms share 1 bathroom.

• Is there a washer and dryer available for guest use?
  Yes.

• Is there daily housekeeping included?
  Cleaning is included for longer stays once a week but daily can be provided for an extra fee.

• Do you offer airport transfers?
